Tropical Storm Cindy made landfall this morning at 6 a.m. near Sabine Pass, Texas, and by 7 a.m. was located about 40 miles northwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Company restoration workers continue to respond to outages caused by the storm. At 10:50 a.m., Louisiana had the highest at 3,650 customer outages, and Mississippi experiencing 560. Peak outages of about 13,000 outages occurred in Louisiana overnight Tuesday.

Restoration will continue today. All customers who can take power should be restored today. Flooding that prevents access for our workers could delay some customers' restoration.
